Returns & Replacements
Every Coyote Hour print is made to order, so we don't accept returns for change of mind. But we stand completely behind the quality of what we ship: if your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Replacement orders are produced and shipped at no cost to you. If a package is lost in transit, we'll replace it once the carrier confirms non-delivery. Questions before you order? We respond within 1–2 business days.
