Stars wheel over the cliffs of Lake Powell in a single long exposure — the night sky turned to brushstrokes above Glen Canyon. The lake takes its name from John Wesley Powell, the one-armed Civil War veteran who ran the uncharted Colorado River in 1869 with nine men and four wooden boats. He'd have known these stars; they were the only map anyone had.
Giclée print on archival matte fine art paper. Framed in a handmade wooden box frame with a conservation-grade snow white mount, ready to hang.
